DIY Faux Enamel Bracelets

DIYEnamelBraceletsLFG

I’m so excited to be posting this cute DIY today as part of The Quarterly Collab team, and because I’m finally back from my unexpected 2 month hiatus from the blog, thanks to my broken wrist (more on that disaster later & I’ll also finally have a wrap up of Alt Summit later this week!).

These bracelets take only a few minutes to make and are a great way to restyle any costume jewellery you may have lying around your drawers.

Supplies:

  • Nail Polish
  • Washi tape
  • Costume jewellery bracelets

Step 1: Decide on your nail polish colours and how much of your bracelet you want to paint.

Mask off some sections with your washi tape. I found it easy enough to paint straight lines without the washi tape too.

Paint your colours on, making sure you leave enough time for each colour to dry.

Step 2: Keep painting around your bracelet until you’re happy with the colour combinations.

I painted two coats of each colour to give the bracelets a really glossy look.

If you wanted to make sure the nail polish doesn’t flake, you could paint a clear coat over your colours too.

My favourite colours were the teal and bronze.

These look so cute for spring don’t you think?

Make sure you check out all the other girls and their gorgeous spring jewellery over at The Quarterly Collab!
